How to use the Customer app

Step 1

Create an Account

Signing up is easy! All you need is either your email address or phone number. You can request our services directly through your web browser or our user-friendly app, available on both the App Store and Google Play. If you already have an account, simply use your email and password to log-in. Note: If you have an existing artist account and are attempting to register with the same details, please use different information for your user and artist profiles to avoid registration issues.

Step 2

Select Your Location

You can add multiple locations to your profile. Choose the location where you'd like our artists to provide their services. Note: Ensure that you update your location status accordingly before making a booking.

Step 3

Book Your Preferred Artist

Select the artist of your choice. For your convenience, we've categorized our top-rated and new artists on Nails2u. You can also browse all our available artists in the "Book Artist" section. Choose the one that suits your preferences.

Step 4

Meet Our Expert Artists

Explore our diverse list of talented artists and select the one that suits your preferences. You have the freedom to select your preferred artist based on:
Rating: Review ratings from previous clients.
Portfolio: Browse through their impressive work.
Availability: Ensure they can accommodate your schedule.
Services Offered: Check if they provide the specific service you desire.

Step 5

Details About the Service

When booking an artist, make sure to provide all the necessary service details, including the appointment time and the specific service you're looking for. Once you've added these details, simply click 'confirm' to proceed with your booking.

Step 6

Successful Booking

Congratulations! You've successfully made a booking. You can now track service updates at any time.

Step 7

Customized Job Post

If you're looking for something not listed by your favorite artists, create a customized service job post. Artists will send offers tailored to your posted service request.

Step 8

Current Booking Status

Stay informed about your current booking status on the dashboard. Check for real-time service updates to avoid any unnecessary hassle.

Step 9

Track Your Artist

Is today the day for your nail art service? Track your artist's location at least an hour before your scheduled service to get the latest updates.

Step 10

See Location Via Map

Here, you can view your artist's location. Get ready! Your artist is on their way to give your nails a new avatar.

Step 11

Get Service

When your artist arrives at your location, a pop-up notification will appear on your screen. Click the "Start Your Services" button to begin your appointment on time. After the artist finishes your nail service, another pop-up will prompt you to "End Your Services." Click this button to complete the process.
