Users may book nail art services from artists listed on our platform. Artists are responsible for fulfilling bookings as per the agreed terms. Any issues with bookings should be reported to our customer support team.
Payment
Payments for services are processed securely through our platform. Users agree to pay the agreed-upon service fees, and artists are entitled to receive payments for services rendered.
Cancellations and Refunds
Users and artists must adhere to our cancellation and refund policies. Cancellation fees may apply in certain cases.
User Reviews and Ratings

Intellectual Property
Nails2U is the sole owner of all content, materials, and intellectual property displayed on the platform unless otherwise specified. This includes but is not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software.
Users and artists are strictly prohibited from using, reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content or materials found on the Nails2U platform without prior written consent from Nails2U. This protection extends to both registered and unregistered intellectual property rights.

Termination
Nails2U reserves the right to terminate user or artist accounts without notice in cases where there is a violation of these terms or if fraudulent activity is suspected. Termination of an account may result from, but is not limited to, the following:
Violation of Terms
Users or artists found in violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions, including policies and guidelines referenced herein, may have their accounts terminated.
Fraudulent Activity
Nails2U takes fraudulent activity seriously. Any user or artist found engaging in fraudulent behavior, such as providing false information, manipulating the platform, or engaging in any form of illegal activity, may have their account terminated.
Abuse or Misuse
Accounts engaging in abuse or misuse of the platform, which includes harassment, discriminatory behavior, or any form of malicious intent toward other users or artists, may result in termination.
Non-Payment
Artists found withholding services or not fulfilling booked services without appropriate reasons may have their accounts terminated.
Multiple Accounts
Users or artists creating and maintaining multiple accounts for deceptive purposes may have all associated accounts terminated.
Termination decisions are made at Nails2U’s sole discretion, and any such actions taken are final. In cases where an account is terminated, the user or artist may be barred from future use of the platform.
Limitation of Liability
Nails2U is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use of our platform. We provide a platform for connecting users and artists and do not assume responsibility for the services provided.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
